Elzia Sekou, RScP
Elzia Sekou is a management and IT consultant with over 25 years
experience and has worked with such organizations as NASA, JP Morgan,
Accenture, LLP and was a college professor for three years. Elzia's
focus is on Leadership, Team building, Process and Human and
Organizational development. He is a certified Myers Briggs
practitioner and his motto is "A genuine leader is not a searcher for
consensus, but a molder of consensus." --Martin Luther King, Jr.He is
very acive in the community and is the former Chair for the City of
Lakewood's Cultural Diversity Commission. Elzia has a B.S. degree in
Business Managment fom Florida A&M University and a M.S. in MIS
from City College of New York. He is currently completing graduate
work at Holmes INstitute in Consciusness Studies with a focus on
Transformative Leadership.
